How do credits work?+
Credits power Athenic's AI features — chat, dashboards and automations. Free includes market data, watchlists and the Market Overview newsletter, but no AI credits. Every paid plan includes a monthly credit allotment, and once you're on one — or on a trial with a card on file — you can buy extra credits whenever you need them. See the plans above for what each tier includes.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Your monthly allotment resets at the start of each billing cycle. On a paid plan you can buy extra credits, turn on auto-recharge, or move up a tier before then. On Free, subscribing is what unlocks more credits; during your trial, add a card and the same top-up options open up.
Can I change tiers later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Credits you've topped up stay in your account and carry across tier changes.
Do you offer refunds on credits?+
Credits you've bought aren't refundable, but they don't expire — you can use them whenever you need them as long as your account is active. Your plan's monthly allotment is separate: it resets each billing cycle and doesn't roll over.
Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?+
